When connecting Instagram or TikTok accounts:

• You authorize us to post on your behalf
• You can revoke access at any time through the app
• We only use your social media access for posting features
• You must comply with Instagram and TikTok terms of service

5. Content Ownership

Regarding content created with ShareMyGames:

• You retain all rights to your video content
• You own all edited videos you create
• We claim no ownership over your content
• ShareMyGames retains all rights to the software

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Create or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Violate third-party social media platform terms of service

7. Service Availability

• Software is provided "as is" without warranty
• Social media posting features require internet connection
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

ShareMyGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
